As a second-generation real estate agent with over 25 years of experience helping families navigate their journey of buying, selling, and investing in properties, Dan seeks first to understand the needs of his clients and offers unwavering guidance throughout the process. Dan understands that making the decision to buy, sell or lease a property for the first, second, or even third time, is a major undertaking for any family. From the first meeting to closing and beyond, Dan offers honest, thoughtful feedback that gives his clients peace of mind when making these important real estate decisions. His hands-on approach and accessibility to his clients has allowed him to develop lasting relationships with more than 100 families throughout his career.

He also holds the Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation, which exemplifies his desire for the best possible outcome for his clients.
A lifelong resident of Maryland and a graduate of the University of Maryland at College Park, Dan lives with his wife Stephany and 2 wonderful children in downtown Silver Spring, where in his downtime, he is an avid runner, traveler, and rabid sports fan.
