  Dan is the Founder and President of Foster Spahr Real Estate. Dan has been a licensed agent since 2005 and brings over 10 years of experience in the local residential Real Estate market and over 30 years of local area knoweldge. While developing his business and marketing skills at the corporate level during the 1990’s, Dan built up a successful Real Estate investment group on the side and made the decision to set out on his own full time in order to pursue his passions for Real Estate and community service.

  With over 30 years experience in the local Real Estate markets, Tim Spahr is a trusted advisor to the Principal and Associates at Foster Spahr Real Estate. Tim is the CFO and co-owner of Custom Cables Inc, a successful contract manufacturing company located in Laurel, MD. Tim lives in Howard County with his wife Marian and their German short-haired pointer, Jack.
