Based in Downtown Silver Spring, our company was founded in 2009 by Realtor® and lifelong Maryland resident Dan Spahr to create a new standard in the Real Estate market by providing clients with superior customer service, mastery of real estate practices, creative and innovative marketing strategies, and good old-fashion hard work.
